Venus and Jupiter

If you’re in Massachusetts where the skies couldn’t be more clear tonight, it’ll be worth the effort to get away from your computer and take a look at the crescent moon in the southwest. It’s joined tonight by Venus and Jupiter and quite an amazing sight. All three should be visible even in urban areas where the light drowns out most stars.

I saw this as I was getting on the highway out in Oxford/Dudley after work. I didn’t realize what I was seeing but it was AMAZING out there. No artificial lights to mess with the view. Wow!!
    Very beautiful.

    When will Uranus be waxing?

A waxing of uranus is not possible from this vantage point. Unlike your sense of humor which is clearly waning.
