Former Sen. George McGovern, an early supporter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, urged her to drop out of the Democratic presidential race and endorsed her rival, Barack Obama.

    Wow, he endorsed her more than a year ago.

    (I’m trying to browse the rest of her site, but the front page banner won’t let you bypass it unless you accept cookies. Weird.)

    I can see him staying with her until the end. It’s like staying “on hold” for too long, you want to hang up but you can’t.
